My wood cabinets needed an update.  Working with Ginny and Steve was great.  Ginny assisted in color and glaze selection and the result was perfection!  Cream cabinets w/a taupe island.  My home is very European in style and the glazing made the new look fit the home beautifully while brightening the space. We were unsure how to brighten up our kitchen which had dark cherry cabinets that were in perfect shape, just too dark.  Ginny came to our home, explained their refinishing process and assured us that the finished product would look great.  We visited the showroom, chose our color and hardware, and were shown the different steps in the process.  The finished cabinets far exceeded our expectations.  The crew arrived on time each day and were precise in all that they did.  Our kitchen, baths, and laundry room look so bright and modern.  The new finish and hardware really enhance our cabinets.  We highly recommend Colorado Cabinet Coatings to anyone who wishes to update cabinets without tearing out and replacing them. I went through an extensive process trying to figure out what to do with my kitchen as we bought the house last year and the cabinets around the refrigerator did not match the ones throughout the kitchen.  I wanted to have the cabinets refaced or replaced to make them match the existing oak cabinets as I am old school and do not believe in painting oak.  When I reached out to Colorado Cabinet Coatings, Ginny talked me through the process, told me about their warranty and sold me on their process.  Other paint companies either quoted and told me it would not be a long term fix, OR came here and never came back with a quote OR just offered outrageous prices with no explanation as to why.  We decided we were either doing nothing with the cupboards OR we were getting  CCC!   Ginny worked with us on the cost and we made a couple of trips to the Springs and we were off.  Through our trips to the Springs, we met Steve, who made suggestions and let us take cabinet doors home to really see how it would look.  From start to finish, they were 10 star!  Timely, quiet, considerate and the quality is outstanding.  So glad I met and talked to Ginny or we would never have ad the makeover we now have.  My husband came home from work and saw the cabinets and said, WOW, such a small investment for such a big bang!  And he was the one refusing to spend the money a month ago when the quoting process was going on. We had cabinet doors replaced and cabinet boxes painted.  The work crew was on time, efficient and competent.  There were scheduling issues from our end which were handled with compassion;  accommodations were made simple.
As for the reworking of cabinets, doors and hardware, the work is excellent.  The box painting in our kitchen was done smoothly over one day with complete cleanup.  The doors were hung by a small crew.  They also cleaned up well, were personable and competent.  Our kitchen has a completely new look; the design questions were answered early on in the process.  Cost was far less than the big box store was quoting - there were no surprises on prices.  Ginny and Steve are to be complemented on their work, their team and their interactions with customers. We recently hired Colorado Cabinet Coatings (Steve & Ginny: owners) to install new painted doors on our 1980’s kitchen and laundry room cabinets. We also had CCC install new soft-close hinges on all the doors on our bathroom cabinets. Overall, there were about 100 pieces to install.
Our project working with CCC was one of the best contractor experiences that we have ever had! Ginny promptly responded to our inquiry and came to our home to estimate the job. The estimate was immediate, detailed and very reasonable. Iterating on samples, colors and modification was easy. Steve came out to do the detailed measurements and managed the installation.
Both Ginny and Steve made helpful suggestions to our project. They scheduled the work days well in advance and stuck to the schedule. The entire team of CCC painters and installers reflected Ginny & Steve’s professionalism and attention to detail. Everyone was punctual, courteous in our home, and careful to clean up where they worked. With over 100 pieces, there was not a single piece that was incorrect or needing to be reordered.  Steve’s meticulous pre-work paid off during installation.
Five stars for CCC! We cannot say enough good things about the overall experience working with CCC.  From estimate to follow-through CCC was top-notch to work with, producing excellent results (see attached after photo) at a very fair price. We highly recommend them!

I am absolutely thrilled with our refreshed cabinets completed by this team! Their bid was fair, the work scheduled precisely, and the team arrived so promptly at 8:00 AM on workdays. The crew was clean, polite and quiet. No radios blaring in our home, no yelling or rudeness, the team was so polite, quiet and well-behaved that I often forgot they were here! Ginny was patient through my questions and refinements to the work order. And the slow close hinges on the cabinets are an incredible touch. I would recommend this company to my own mother, I have so much trust in their courteous staff to do quality work at a reasonable price.
