"Very happy with the work Steve and his team did on our entire house. It was a big project and I was a bit worried about painting vs replacing. I shouldn’t have been concerned. The cabinets look fantastic. In fact, I have already asked them to do more work in our home and at my office. Thanks for a great experience!!" - Chris Sutherland - Monument, CO
"They refinished my kitchen cabinets. The new finish is very high quality and doesn't just look like a painted finish. Very pleased with the end result. They provide an excellent warranty on their work as well. Ginny and Steve are very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a less expensive way to improve the look of your kitchen cabinets without the cost of replacement." - Dave Krueger - Colorado Springs
"They were incredible to work with - so accommodating and the job was beautiful. I made a few changes along the way and Steve was great and so easy to work with. I love my new kitchen so much! Would recommend 100x over."
Kim Everhart. - Colorado Springs
"WOW! My kitchen went from 1980s blah to spectacular, beautiful, and amazing nearly at the speed of light. I am absolutely delighted with the result! It still feels like a dream to walk into it. Your crew was wonderful, creative, and a pleasure to work with. They were sensitive to my needs and my schedule. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I can't thank you and your group enough for the great work and the great look you achieved for me. I will enjoy it for a long time to come."

Q. Does Colorado Cabinet Coatings install new hinges?
A. Yes, in most cases we put in hidden soft-close hinges that are all metal and fully adjustable. If they won't work with your doors your options are to get new doors, or we can use a different kind of hinge. You are always welcome to re-use your existing hinges on your existing doors.
Q. Where does Colorado Cabinet Coatings paint the cabinet doors?
A. At our 3500 sq. ft. shop at 3340 Adobe Ct. We use a spray booth to paint doors and drawer faces, then dry them on racks, which is how we get our smooth finish.
Q. Does Colorado Cabinet Coatings spray paint in our house?
A. No. We paint the frame by hand.
Q. What are Colorado Cabinet Coatings' color choices?
A. Any paint color you find can be matched. Choose from a large selection of sample doors at our shop, any local paint store, a can of paint in your storage room, or a piece of trim from your house, or your friend's house...
Q. What about new hardware?
A. You may buy new hardware anywhere you like. We will install it. We patch existing hardware holes to accommodate a different size or style. We just need to know before we start work on your cabinet doors and drawers.
Q. Does Colorado Cabinet Coatings fill the oak grain to make the doors perfectly smooth?
A. No. We never fill the grain. The time involved in doing that would be more costly to our customers than getting new, smooth MDF doors. We oversize the new doors to cover most of your frame, a full overlay, which covers your face frames everywhere possible, and the outcome is an updated look that you cannot achieve using smaller old doors.
Q. Do you fill knots in knotty pine or knotty alder cabinet doors?
A. Yes, for a fee which would be determined on the quote.
Q. Does Colorado Cabinet Coatings install soft close drawer slides?
A. No, but we can refer you to someone who does.
